Our research reveals that larger organizations plan to invest 6.5% of their revenue in lab transformation initiatives by 2025, up from 4% today.Most labs are at the pilot or proof-of-concept (PoC) stage of transformation The majority of organizations are still in the early stages of transformation, with only one in 10 of those surveyed having partially or fully scaled their efforts. Labs continue to confront challenges in data, technology, people, and processes as they strive for transformation.Leaders are already reaping benefits Our assessment model shows that leaders, that are strong on both foundations (including tools, technologies, data, architecture, and connectivity) and enablers (including vision, strategy, people, processes, culture, and skills) are reaping benefits at scale.
